# Vision Mission

The digital economy is changing the way that companies have to be operating by doing faster fund transfers globally, having full control over their finances, and being able to protect their business. However, while more people are accessing these markets, it is still much too complicated for the average person to get started.

To make things more transparent and less reliant on traditional banks, Mikawa aims to empower enterprises and consumers with fully transparent decentralized systems. Money will be tracked on a public ledger (blockchain) right after new payments have been made, the process for verifying transactions will be simplified and quick taking about 15 minutes or less to complete before currency can be generated.

Mikawa will also use smart contracts which are agreements written as computer programs that execute when specific conditions are met. It could also provide better protection against fraud.

Companies need to relocate their businesses and service centers to an area where they can reach customers in different time zones. Business management helps coordinate these relocations. They create detailed business plans that map out the different aspects of the relocation so that they avoid any obstacles in their way.

A mission statement is a formal declaration of an organization's objectives and purpose, especially as conveyed by upper management to its internal constituents.

Mikawa wants to turn the traditional financial world on its head by creating a trustless decentralized platform that is driven by artificial intelligence to analyze wealth management opportunities.

**PROBLEM:** People don't trust others with their wealth others management process due to lack of knowledge in the market and they are too invested in the decision. They need an Al engine that can give recommendations and manage their funds to an optimum level (without sentiment).

**SOLUTION:** By building a platform with Secure blockchain technology, decentralized finance and artificial intelligence Mikawa will bring smart usage of crypto currencies for more accessibility to funds, faster transactions with minimal exchanges rates integration.
